The opportunity to preserve time for others is truly a blessing. All moments are important and are worth being celebrated & I stand by that. Big or small – have it captured, because in years to come that is how you will remember it. A frozen moment hanging on the wall.

This job started in the beginning of the pandemic actually. I was in my childhood bedroom, attending my freshman year college classes online (barely), and bored. I started to teach myself how to shoot in manual through YouTube and began to truly fall in love with the creative outlet that is photography. Not long after, when we were allowed to socialize again, I made photographer friends that let me come to weddings with them. That was the moment I knew what I was going to do the rest of my life. Fast forward about a three years, I have shot 50+ weddings with the coolest humans ever.

A few things so you can get to know me a smidge more! I am 22, living the post-grad life. I graduated from Liberty University in May of ‘22. I chose to complete my business marketing degree online during covid! I am blessed to be able to pursue photography and content creation full time! I have the worlds best, most talented man as my boyfriend of the last 6 and a half years. He is my biggest supported and together we make quite the creative team, he truly completes me! We have the sweetest one year old golden retriever. She has been the biggest blessing, she quite literally is our child!

If i’m not working you can find me outside with my family and friends, or depending on the weather I may be inside binging the next season of Grey’s (yes i still watch all the seasons passed…). I’m a huge advocate for living your life as sustainable as you can which I do in a lot of thrift stores! Shopping second hand is one of my favorite hobbies. Other than that, I love to travel! I was blessed as a child and started young so I have been to about half the states and 10 countries! That all so say, don’t be afraid to ask me if I will travel for your photos.

Weddings are so much fun to capture. Each tear, laugh, and hug. This is not the only thing I capture though. I also love the evenings I spend with couples, families, seniors, etc. These sunset moments are also such a wonderful experience. For around an hour we get to be creative, capture moments, and truly celebrate the season of life you are in.

I will never understand how I got so lucky to do this job. So, so thankful!

AN AMAZING PERSON AND AN AMAZING FRIEND

First and foremost, Sierra is one of the most down to earth, amazing people I’ve ever met in my life. She genuinely puts a smile on my face every time I hear from her. In our shoots, she made it such a comfortable experience for both my husband and I and made sure we were having fun. Truly such an amazing person to work with and an amazing friend.
We had a blast!

I went into searching for a wedding photographer clueless and not knowing what to expect. Sierra was very easy to talk to and always had creative advice. After thrift shopping and talking about my dream wedding over coffee, She walked me through my wedding day schedule and made my day absolutely perfect! Sierra made sure our wedding day was very thought out and made everyone feel like they could be themselves. We had a blast and are so thankful she made it possible for us to relive our special day! Not only did Sierra turn out to be a very talented, and passionate photographer. She also turned into a great friend. 8 months after shooting our wedding she captured our first baby’s gender reveal. Once again making our dreams come to life and having so much fun while doing it. We are so excited for her to capture this journey of us becoming first time parents. It’s been a pleasure working with her and watching her grow as a business woman. We could not recommend her more!

I absolutely love Sierra’s photography, not only mine that she has taken from the 3 sessions I’ve had with her. I also love seeing everything she captures, she truly has the special touch when it comes to capturing and posing you for your pictures. I wouldn’t go back and change a thing, every picture she’s taken for me is always so uplifting and the smile that comes across my face each time she emails our gallery is UNBELIEVABLE!! Even the little gifts she’ll surprise you with after a wedding shoot are cute and so thoughtful.
